Handgun Hunter Magazine is a digital interactive magazine that is free to registered members. Like earlier print editions, the interactive format will feature some of the most respected and well-known outdoor writers and handgun hunters from across the country including: J. Wayne Fears, Larry Weishuhn, John Taffin, Dick Williams, Mark Hampton and others.

Viewers accessing the magazine will have to login to the site and set their web browser preferences to allow popups for handgunhunt.com because the magazine opens a special window to maximize the viewing dimensions and the user experience.

In addition to the interactive edition, Handgun Hunter Magazine also publishes a large volume of member provided articles on handguns, hunting, shooting, reloading, optics, and other outdoor related subjects. Other features of the website include a very active forum and member photo galleries to upload photos of their latest game trophy or their newest handgun in the collection. Members can also upload handgun hunting related products for review and conduct reviews on products.

New Features

Recent features added to the site include the ability for members to publish their own articles including photos. The photos are automatically re-sized so you don't have to worry with photo editing software, just upload them from your computer hard drive. You can also leave comments on the articles and the submitting member has their display name posted with a link back to their profile in case you want to send them a private message. The author will automatically be notified of any comments posted to facilitate question/answer types of comments. Feel free to try out the feature, you can always delete your article. Another new feature is a game recipe section. Members can share their game recipes with everyone by filling out a simple web form.
