Very nice! That should bring home the bacon, or venison, or mutton, or...

That's a very attractive firearm. I really love the grips.

The grips look really good, but they don't fit my hands very well. They're way to thin for me and I can't get a comfortable grip with it. I've got a hogue tamer grip on the way; same as on the big X frames. It looks to be a larger grip, so maybe it'll fit my hand better....we'll see.

Nice! I have large hands and like larger grips also.

Nice looking gun. Is that a Weigand base?

Sawfish, good eye! Yes that's a Weigand base and as of today, the 686 now sports a hogue tamer grip; not as easy on the eye, but much more filling in the hand.

Thanks. I need to order bases for two of my N frames, and thought that might be a Weigand. Just wanted to see what it looked like on the gun. Thanks
