Young JDK with handgun "trophies"

Description: My early handgun hunting pics from 30+ years ago. Two Burnet County, Texas whitetails taken one morning using hot loaded Hornady 125 grain XTPs. Forgive my gun handling. I've learned a lot since those days.

Nicely done!

Thanks guys. Franchise, I was blessed to not only be born into a family of hunters, but to have a cousin who introduced me to handgunning when I was about 12-13. I got hooked on it and we had many adventures. I'm really glad I've rediscovered the thrill of it, and landed back in this place. I really enjoyed handgun hunting in the past and that passion has been reignited.
