its more impressive when there is only a 41 hole in the hide and when you open him up you find this nasty wound. Only thing I can figure is the angle of the hit caused this damage on entrance. But then again we are talking a Swift A-frame 210gr 41cal bullet at 1652fps.....

1652 fps out of a 41? I didn't know you could push the 210 grain bullets that fast.

teen wolf, this is another reason why experienced handgun hunters who use single actions eventually find there way to a Freedom Arms gun. John Taffin would write up `hell of leather` handloads for all the Freedom calibers in the FACA journal and with the tight dimensions of the gun the increased velocities are possible. When I ran a 210gr XTP over the same powder charge I clocked five rounds that averaged 1745fps. This was a grain lower then the max charge...
