I shot the buck at 25 yards off hand from a tree stand. I was about 20 feet in the air. The buck sat down and never got up. I should have had a clean shot threw both lunges but the bullet hit a bone. The core glanced off a bone and exited right at the base of the sternum. The jacked was retrieved right above the groin. It deflected quite a bit.

duane,where will be home when you are free? i to was on a pistol team when i was in the air force.i like hunting better.hope you are proud of that coin,i would be.ed

The bullet expanded to .756 one way and .650 the other. In short, I don’t think my 480 is going to have any problems.
