Kim, First, I feel the 500WE is a little easier to shoot with the micarta grips then the rubber Pach`s. She rolls better.... Brian Pearce listed a load of 31.0grs of LilGun under a 400gr Sierra JSP for 1123fps so I cut a grain and loaded 30.0grs of LilGun under the 400gr Woodleigh for somewhere near 1100fps...
The bullets recommended velocity is 1500 to 2000 yet I still received good expansion at the lower velocity. Great bullet....
