Books by Elmer Keith

Description: here are two copies of elmers books(2013) Sixguns I got off of amazon for around 14 bucks plus 3.99 shipping ,...the smaller one was around 17 bucks plus shipping.I've always wanted to get some of his books but they were always quite a bit higher than I am willing to pay.Evidently a lot of other handguns nuts thought so too so the 2013 republishing has brought these excellent pieces down to earth.I now know why people who have Sixguns say it is the classic work of Keith-it is a fantastic book for the handgunner.Real world experiences of what works and what doesn't.

As many of you know Elmer liked the bigger diameter rounds,44,45ect.,but he had good things to say about the .357 magnum especially for defence against 2 legged scumbuckets but also stating it was up to the task for deer sized critters as well within 125 yards because the accuracy wasn't good enough for him like his 44 special(magnum loads) he loved at the longer ranges 250 yards plus a few more-lol-john
