Description: Shot my new 500 Wyoming Express the other day...Yes, I was using shooting gloves but, unfortunatly the glove didn't come with fingers! I need to try to find a type of tape to wrap my trigger finger....Any ideas??

Cast Performance 400Gr LBT over 34.0Gr H110. went straight through a 12" Live Oak! Shooting off a bench was brutal but, off-hand wasn't too bad. It'll sure make that 454 Casull feel like a 22!! The concussion was unbelieveable!

Sixgunner, my first BFR in .500 JRH used to bite me in the same place. I just threw a Bandaid over it. Then I took a fine file to the edges of the trigger guard and that was the end of that. That load seems a bit warm to me. With a 400 grain bullet I don't think I ever went much over 30.5 grains of 296.

wrap it with a regular bandaid and try that for a shooting session,...Casull is a beast too with full power loads without a muzzle brake ,I think of my .44 mag and .357 mag as .22 like after shooting my bigger guns .500 S & W mag and .454 Casull-john
