Very good, Tex. A few years ago I "cleaned" out my reloading room shelves and came up with about 2 to 3 pounds of old misc. powders in miniscule amounts; stuff I didn't use anymore and some you couldn't buy any more.

It was mid-winter and I had a five foot high pile of snow on the edge of my driveway where I plow it off. I poured all these old powders onto a paper plate in the middle of the snow pile. I then layed out about 15 feet of 3/32" cannon fuse from the pile of powder to a spot behind my wood pile, and lit the fuse.

Nothing too exciting; but a nice large FLASH of multi-colors was displayed for several seconds after the slow burning fuse finally got there.

Another fun moment I will remember...

LOL Gregg!

Half the powders are still factory sealed.

I like your idea, but I am not going to do that to 12lbs of Red Dot powder or 20lbs of 4895… LOL
