Bighorn Ewe

Description: I took this ewe using a .44 mag SBH w/2X Burris scope. The shot was about 40 yards with a 270 gr Speer GDSP.

congrats. That is an awesome harvest. Not many people can say they have killed a bighorn. Was it a limited draw tag? Which state?

Thanks guys! BBwheelgunner, this is in Montana. Bighorn tags are draw only. You might put in 30 years for a ram tag which I don't have the patience for. Ewe tags have much better draw odds. I drew this tag on the third year (which is longer than usual).
