1) 350 XTP, 31 gr. H-110, Fed. 210 for 1335 fps.
2) 370 CPBC WFN GC, 32 gr. H-110, Fed. 210 for 1400 fps
3) 325 Hunter's Supply Hardcast (Brinell 15), 21 gr. 2400, Fed. 210 for 1175 fps. All 3 from 6". Load Number 3) for practice and "everyday casual carry" load.

Story was published in The Sixgunner in 2008 (June issue I think). Due to snow and water logging, the dirt bank supporting a 2 track bridge over a creek collapsed as Wayne Braun and I were crossing it on a 4 wheeler. I was thrown off the back and through a hole in the bridge. The front end fell through the bridge and rolled to it's left side, trapping Wayne's left leg. I hit the water and my head and right shoulder hit at the water line on the bank we'd just come off. My left ankle, foot and calf were trapped under the 4 Wheeler and Wayne. I hung mostly upside down by my left leg, and my head and right shoulder were against the bank; the rest of me was submerged. The water was quite cold, with temperature well below freezing.
I don't know how long we were in this predicament - maybe 10 minutes, maybe 30, until I was able to work free, and Wayne got free. Then hypothermia became an issue.
It was pretty exciting for a while.

Wow! It's amazing what kind of predicaments we can get ourselves in. Glad you made it through that one; thanks for the story!
