Mouflon

Description: This is the mouflon I took using my T/C 300 Whisper. I'm continually impressed with this little cartridge for deer sized game shooting a 125 gr. Nosler BT. Back at ya James...nice red.

Gary ,how far did he travel and what reaction did he have when you hit him.I've read that the Whispers's game almost act like they weren't hit and just start walking and fall over-just curious.

He took off like he was shot from a cannon. I suspect those reactions are from animals shot with heavy bullets. I also shot a spike and blackbuck doe in the evening that reacted th same way. The spike was shot at 200 yards with a top of the back hold.

What type of velocity are you getting with the 125 NBT?

Gary, what a great ram! I love the 300 Whisper round, it's great what those little 125 's will do on deer and rams.
