Looks awesome. My only question pertains to where the handle meets the fore-end section...it looks like there is minimal wood there. I see you are using laminated wood, which certainly helps the strength but depending on recoil severity I'm wondering if that section will hold together.

Yeah, we're going to just have to see how it holds up and revise from there. I built a .308 pistol that had close to that thickness where the grip meets the stock, and it held up fine. I'm hoping this will do the same. Also, we are going to put a reinforcing bolt through the grip.
