New Super GP100

Description: Took delivery a couple of weeks ago but haven't shot it yet. It is an 8-shot .357 Mag. The frame is a Super Redhawk with the frame extension removed. This is the first revolver from Ruger's Custom Shop with more calibers on the way. Oh, and this is the best out-of-the-box trigger I have ever experienced on a Ruger.

Nice!!!!!

I can second 45Man, hope they make something similar to that in maybe 480 Ruger? Might be just the PPP I have been looking for!

There will be no one piece barrel. Ruger is using shrouded barrels on all of their RedHawks now as well. There is nothing inherently wrong with the configuration.

The biggest surprise is how nice the action is on this revolver.

Good looking gun, looks all business. I don't mind the shroud. It takes a lot of variables out of shooting a revolver when resting on certain items. I've pondered a new Redhawk with the shroud, but haven't succumbed to it's powers just yet.
