yeah that was my concern you would have to come up with a piece on the end of the screws that would lock into the rib kind of like the Weaver conversions for the Redhawks and Blackhawk Hunters. It could be done but on a piece by piece basis it would have to be determined if it could be done cost efficiently. If I had CNC equipment it would be no sweat but the mills I've been looking at start at 25k for the basic model and more like 40k for the one I'd want and that's a chinese machine. I'd be into 6 figures for an American machine, not because they are any better either but because the unions have driven up the cost of production to a point no one starting out could afford it.
