Nightstalker, it was either Midway or Midsouth,don't quite remember because I order through both,whoever has the best deal at the time gets my money-did I happen to mention I'm cheap?!

I agree with H2OBUG. Midway has Hogue grips. I put a pair on my 460 XVR & it was money well spent. The picture of my 460 is on the bragging board if you want to look at the grips.

Befor I put the Hogue tamer grips on my SRH .454 it was a beast to shoot. I would say they cut the felt recoil down by about 30% or so, much more plesant to shoot now. I would put them on any hard kicker.

Just an update, got some birthday money and orderedthe Hogue Grips, cant wait to get them. Sure hope it tames this big snake a little

Sorry I havent posted on this sooner been a little under the weather. Anyways

I got my new Hogue grips on the 9th and had them installed in know time. The feel was great, a little wider more to hold on to. I took it to the range the next weekend and was able to fire a lot more rounds before my hand wore out, so it was an improvement, Im still not very good with it yet. The group wasnt a very tight, but I dont think Id have missed a deer, or pig sized target with any of the rounds. Its a start.

Having a comfortable pair of grips will help you with those groups once you settle down,I love mine so much(SRH .454 casull) that I'm considering changing the Pacs for the Hogue grips on my RH in .44 mag. I have smaller hands so the Hogues are great for me were the Pacs are larger, for my hands anyway.
