Went out this afternoon only seen one which I took at 53 yards with my Encore 223rem useing 55gr Hornaday vmax ammo. Had to set up close because of where its hole was. This makes number 17 so far, Tig just to let you know I have started a journal to keep track of my hunts this year.

Good idea on the journal. I keep track of the date, time of day, field of harvest, yardage, gun, bullet, powder, bullet performance, weather conditions, size of chuck, number of chucks....ect. Might seem a little overboard but it's a great referance to look back at later.
