Greetings I am a little puzzled and I need your help. While studying my gun for the first time ever. I started reading what was stamped on the barrel. I read 353 on it. I went a little further to measure the barrel. It measured 8 3/4 from the frame to end of the barrel. Nowhere in Freedom Arms specs did I see them making a .357 at that length. I did read where they make a gun at 7 1/2" and 9". Could someone explain the reason for 8 3/4" barrel. Did Freedom make a one time run at this barrel length? Just curious......

Barrel length on revolvers is measured from the the front of the cylinder (not the frame) to the front of the barrel. You have a 9".
