Member Franchise told me of a custom bullet maker he found on the web who he ordered some bullets from...Fury Custom Bullets has made me some .475 caliber 300gr. JHP bullets for my 475/480. The photos show the bullet and its package while the second pic shows a Barnes 275gr. next to a 300gr. Fury in 475 Linebaugh brass... next will see its accuracy and then see how it performs on game....The price is $36 for 50 bullets and for those interested in a bonded bullet, its $10 more....

It's hard to find custom made bullets these days. I can't wait to test the 400 gr Spitzers I have in .475 from Fury

He can thicken the jacket and harden the lead core, in other words he can make them to your specifications.

He also said that bonding them will soften the copper jacket from the heat needed to solder the core to the jacket.

Appears to make a true custom bullet judging from our conversation.

I would be interested in the outcome. If they can leave a small spot of exposed lead in the center of the meplat they would be MN legal, and should work great at even 1,200 FPS.
