My local store has had a CVA Scout pistol chambered in 357 Magnum on the shelf for a while now. I don't remember what the original price was, but it's currently $275. I don't "need" it, per se, but I wouldn't mind it winding up in my collection if the price drops further.

What do y'all think?

I'd probably grab it up and ream it out to 357 Max or 360 DW, but the 357 Mag shines in a package like that or a Contender without the B/C gap of a revolver.

For that price I would get it now not later.

I have been looking for one on Gun Broker off and on for a while now.
The 357 Magnum, 300 Blackout, and 44 Magnum Handguns are out of current production.

I held off till 3:30 calling Final Flight to give someone else a shot at it.

It has a good home now. I will probably get it sent off to David White in the next month or so to have it converted to 357 Maximum. An EGW Scope Base, and it should be ready to run.

Thank You TN Lone Wolf.

Bob

Congratulations Bob! Let us know how it shoots! Me thinks TN is going to be occupied with a 460 encore barrel for a while
\:\)

As for me, my pile of pennies just went to satisfy my need for speed with a 27" 25-06 MGM encore barrel.

Thats a good price. I have one in .243 and one in .223, both shoot very well.
