With mainly close I may lean toward the 140 NBT.

140 Nosler ballistic tip over 44 grains IMR 4350= DRT
Hits like a hammer with minimal recoil.

On the down side it's my wife's rifle (22"bbl) so the charge might be too slow for the encore.

Her rifle has never been ammo picky like most others though. 7's just a perfect numer.
