The only data I have found for the Contender is 28 grains of Reloader 7 and a 125 NBT. This is the "factory" load from CNC Cartridge, at about 2300 fps.
I'd have to ask Mike, we talked about it a while back but he's loaded me with so much info my brain locked up.
