Each month Dan Bowers, Mark Hampton and myself will publish short articles about topics of interest to handgun hunters. My column this month will focus on the changes to this site and tell you a little bit about the new sections and other changes coming down the road.

One of the other sections is Industry News. In the world today there are not only many new products to keep track of but there are also many issues which we, as a group of sportsmen and women, need to be knowledgeable about. I feel very strongly that as hunters and gun owners we must remain vigilant about proposed laws that anti-hunting and anti-gun groups try to get pushed through the state governments here in the USA and other governments through out the world. Just look at what has happened in Canada and Austrailia. We must all fight these proposed laws and groups every step of the way and work to change those laws that already take away our rights. I also feel very strongly that we should be stewards of the land from which we get so much pleasure. Industry News will also contain bits of information about conservation news and a primary source of this information will come from various conservation organizations. Not everyone is a member of a conservation organization but they disseminate great information on a regular basis.

Another feature coming soon is a gallery for the members. Once this feature is available it will be a place where members can share photos of themselves, their favorite gun or their latest trophy.
